Concept

TriAngle Corporation was a conceptual art project exploring corporate identity as a self sufficient entity without an actual product or service behind it.  Edward E. Gnigma was ostensibly the CEO of this psuedo corporation.  My vision was to form an actual company that did absolutely nothing, and incorporate it.

 

Method

Tri-Angle Corporation was origionally created for Paul Hertz's 1997 Project Homestead/La Finca web gallery.  TriAngle Corporation lost it's "-" when I found the URL triangle.com taken. The site has been through three major changes.  Some of its text has been re-appropriated from web sites like Microsoft and IBM.  I started selling T-shirts and coffee mugs in early 2001, and as of yet only person has purchased anything from it.  Me.
